Terrible Customer service

My mom bought shoes from my husband's birthday in January. They've never been delivered and she can't get any response from the company email. She has written 2 reviews and both of them have been removed. Hopefully someone will read this and choose NOT to do business with this company. The shoes may be nice??? but we may never know and the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!

I love love love my “cheer up” shoes! I too ordered my true size and my shoes are about 3/4 bigger. It’s ok. I still love them 😻😻

These are the best shoes in the summer her in Ontario Canada. I have two pairs and wear them constantly. Many compliments from people and wonder wear I got them.

These were my first pair of uins. I got them for the amazing art work. I thought they were fitting for the line of work I do in the veternarian field. I get soooo many compliments daily on them. They ate the most comfortable shoe. Right out of the box I wore them 8 hour days and felt nothing but comfort. They are a very minimal shoe, which I love. As I would rather be barefoot. I now have several pairs in all sorts of designs. Love them all

So Cute but so Big

I measured my foot to ensure my size lined up with their sizing and came in solidly at a 9 (my usual size).
According to the Size Chart for "Cheer Up" , US 9 is a 41. I waited a month for the shoes to arrive and they are stunning.... but I can't wear them. They are 3/4 of an inch too big/long. The insoles of this pair measure 10.5".

I've contacted the company and I am waiting to hear back with my options. I'm hesitant to reorder in case a smaller size is too small.
