Products & Fit

Most of our shoes are specially designed with a wider space in the front, providing more freedom for the toes, and are suitable for wide feet. For a more narrow fit, we recommend our Valencia flats! There are also sizing charts on the product pages to help out with sizing inquiries.

All shoes are made from EVA outsoles and ortholite insoles. Upper materials vary in canvas, knitted fabric, wool, microfiber leather, and others. Our canvas and knitted shoes are perfect for vegan requests.

Our Barcelona and Cuenca collections are suitable for high instep with wider shoe mouth.

Yes. The insole can be replaced with other types as you like.

Not quite, but our microfiber leather shoes offers a few extra-special features that make them a perfect option when the weather report is less than ideal.

Yes. Arch support is applied in uin insoles. 

Return & Exchange

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. And we offer free return for quality problems. Please freely contact us for return & exchange inquiry.

It'll take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. And we'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund!
