I received this order fairly quickly. However, the right shoe is wider than the left shoe. I own one other pair of UIN travel shoes, and love them. I have explained to customer service via email for two weeks now that I want to return these. I was sent a return label, but it was not prepaid. I requested a prepaid label twice, and so far have not received one. I was asked to send a picture of the defective shoes. I replied in yet another email that one shoe being wider than the other is not going to show in a picture. Funny thing, the return label is for Amazon. I have free S&H with Amazon, and if I’d bought these directly from Amazon to begin with, I’d have already received a replacement pair. The customer service must only work at night, because they don’t reply to emails during the day, so I’m not getting prompt service.
