Returns & Exchanges

We’re sorry if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

How To Return an Item

1. Please contact Customer Service (info@uinfootwear.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason for the exchange. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account or exchange it with a new package for you after. Once your refund or exchange has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

The most comfortable and 'unique' sneakers...

These sneakers are on the expensive side. i'd open the link every day. I finally bought them knowing they that if they didn't work out they could be returned. Got them, opened the box. Put on a pair of no-show socks, put them on using my shoehorn. Forgot I had them on they are so comfortable. The toe box is ample, but not 'clownish'. The bird pattern is different for each shoe. The red elastice gives a pop of color. Speaking of color - the birds in the pair i picked are gold colored, matching the sole.Going to wear these all day, including to a very fashionable Christmas Party. Enjoy- Merry Christmas.

I just got them today and put them on. They fit really nicely. I have wide feet and am fat, and my ankles and feet swell most days. My feet are swollen right now and the shoes feel good, and I can completely spread my toes out. They do fit a bit snug but not uncomfortably so, yet. I haven't done any length of walking in them yet, so I don't know yet how they will feel after walking a good distance and after my feet swell more, but that wouldn't change my 4 star review. My foot swelling is not the fault of the shoe company. I do recommend going half a size up if you have wide, fat feet that swell. I normally wear an 8 and I got an 8.5 and they look perfectly fine, not too long. And yes, they are nice and lightweight.

Ordered a half size down

It was recommended to order a half size down if I was a size 9 so I ordered it at 8.5 (40) and I鈥檓 grateful that I did! Light and comfortable

Cute, comfortable, light weight, slip on shoes

I ordered size 10 of these slip on shoes and they fit comfortably. Super light weight but supportive for me. I prefer minimalist type tennis shoes, and these loafers work well for me. They feel really good on my feet. They are cute too.
