DESIGN CONCEPT

Black and white are eternal classic themes. Not limiting in the plain art, we incorporated the ink painting from Japanese art to shoe design. Different from other traditional ink painting, the pattern we adopted is overall more vivid with strong stereo perception and opposite aesthetic perception of the colors—black and white. Back to the pattern itself, it depicts the triumphant return of Japanese soldiers in the Warring States Period. Manifesting the fighting spirit and unyielding warrior spirit in ancient Japan, this UIN design maybe the first step for you to explore Japanese history and its samurai spirit.
