I bought few pairs of shoes for first time. They are so cute and I love them but they are big, so I need to exchange them with different sizes. Their return policy says that don’t send them back before contacting us. They just provide an email address and no phone number. I sent them an email few times and explained that I need to exchange but didn’t get any response. I also messaged them at instagram but didn’t hear from them either.
It’s more than 2 months that I couldn’t get a hold of anyone.
Very poor customer service.
